The Cellofest Bursary Scheme

The Cellofest bursary scheme is to help children from families who would not otherwise be able to attend Cellofest.  Children must be taught by Suzuki teachers that are trained and are members of the British Suzuki Institute.

Cellofest has a limited fund for bursaries. Priority is given to families whose need is greatest and decisions are based on gross annual income and outgoings. Each application is considered on a case by case basis and the following conditions apply:

  • You must be a current member of the British Suzuki Institute.
  • Your child/children must attend state funded (non fee-paying) schools.
  • You must have a written recommendation from your Suzuki teacher.

If you would like to apply to the bursary scheme please ask your teacher to contact us and we will provide the necessary forms.

Cellofest is a not-for-profit organisation, with all surplus funds being allocated to bursaries. We also welcome contributions from the general public and corporate sponsorship.
