Bárbara González Garrido (ESP)
Bárbara González Garrido was born in Ávila in 1988 and is a cello teacher based in Palma de Mallorca.
She studied with Ángel Garcia Jermann, Mark Peters and Miguel Jiménez. Later she started to study the Suzuki Method with Arantza López and Eulàlia Subirà but she has received advice and inspiration from Carey Hockett, Ruben Rivera, Anja Maja and Christine Livingston among others. She has found her own cello ensemble called “Cellebrities” in 2016.
Learning and teaching is her passion.
She keeps learning and developing new ways of teaching the instrument that has became her life: the cello.
