Anne van Laar (NL)
My name is Anne van Laar (1964). I have been a cello teacher for a long time, first in the east of the country, from 1993 in The Hague. Teaching, to students of all ages, I do the most! I love to play with (cello) people, to discover together what is possible, but also to see what everyone can achieve with his or her possibilities. I assume that everyone can learn how to play cello! The cello is for me the most beautiful instrument that exists and I like to convey this to students
My specialty is teaching very small children (from 3.5 years you can start with me), but I like doing that together with a father or mother. I am an enthusiastic Suzuki Cello teacher, a post-graduate course that I did after my conservatoire and in which I am also a teacher (Teacher-Trainer).
In my spare time, I like to run fast, watch rugby (I've been a rugby trainer for years) and bake cakes.
